Living Simplified

An empty-nester design located adjacent to tennis courts and a golf course in a suburb north of Chicago, the clients sought to simplify their lifestyle with an open plan design that incorporates living, dining and kitchen functions into a single large space which opens to a terrace overlooking the club.  A master suite and study/ spa room complete the first floor.  A full basement contains a family room and spaces for  grandchildrens' visits.
