Traditional Restoration

Updating a 1960’s contemporary on a small lake involved opening the kitchen to the living room and dining room, creating one large space and enhancing views to the lake and proving a large deck area and screen porch to enjoy the views.  The kitchen cabinets are mahogany with a high sheen to belong in a living room.  The space is further defined by a raised ceiling over the kitchen and dining areas.  Large expanses of glass face the lake.
